We practice a 'user-centered' design process that focuses on making the interface work intuitively for the end user. During the design process we will identify the key user types and collaborate with clients to prototype the main user journeys and scenarios with interactive wireframes. For user research, we conduct usability testing, stakeholder workshops and user focus groups. These are a set of independent sessions, led by senior Bliss Media producers and strategists. The results of these sessions are meticulously recorded and form part of analytical reports, which we present back to clients during the discovery phase of the project.


Digital strategy, digital planning and business analysis are all core services that we provide. With a large proportion of our web projects, we will undertake a comprehensive discovery and analysis phase, during which our analysists will be immersed in the needs, motivations and required outcomes of a project.
