The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation is a not for profit pleasurable food education movement that operates in over 800 schools around Australia.

In October 2014, Bliss Media was engaged to help the Foundation create an updated version of their online presence..

Digital Strategy

Bliss media conducted an audit of the Foundation’s existing website which then followed with a series of scoping workshops covering marketing & communications, audience identification & user experience and technical requirements.

Following the intensive scoping phase, we created a detailed statement of work and a fully working site prototype, to ensure the programme was presented to teachers and members of the public in a way that was easy to understand, easy to access and fun.

User Testing

We tested the prototype on a real audience of teachers and volunteers. Testing was conducted one-on-one with a series of user tasks and questions based on the audit and workshop outcomes.

We then created a new design, which captured the essence of the brand and focused on presenting the great work of the Foundation in an appealing and easy to understand way.

SalesForce Integration.

Bliss Media was then further engaged to integrate the designs and develop the website back-end and functionality. Our developers also seamlessly integrated the website with SalesForce CRM, creating a more streamlined back-end process, reducing internal resource requirements.
