Managing Director
Phong has been a dedicated web developer and online marketer since the ‘dot com’ days of the late nineties. After completing a Masters
degree in Multimedia, he worked on major projects for a number of renowned interactive agencies including Reactive Media and Tribal DDB.
Today Phong steers the ship at Bliss and manages projects from day-to-day to ensure they all have the Bliss stamp of quality. When he is not
playing big brother in the studio, Phong enjoys fathering his toddler.

JOEL THORSEN
Online Marketing Director
Joel is our online marketing director with over 5 years of experience in consulting and a Uni degree in Marketing. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge, he partners with our clients to deliver online marketing strategies that maximise their business results. Joel is also a frequent public speaker who enjoys sharing his expertise on search engine optimisation and digital marketing. When not buried deep in strategic thought he enjoys jamming on his drum kit and catching waves at his Lorne getaway.

CALLAN BUTCHER
Account Manager
After graduating with a degree in Business Marketing, Callan did a 3 year stint as advertising manager for a popular print based magazine company, before turning his talents to the digital space at Bliss. Callan brings account management prowess to the studio, ensuring communication with clients is in constant flow and deadlines are smashed. Callan is also a semi-professional wake boarder who often returns to his quiet country town in Echuca to recuperate after a busy week (where he is known to be a bit of a local hero).

Admin Manager
Chantha is an integral member of the team and brings strong organisational skills to ensure there are no issues with clients and that the business runs smoothly. Outside of work Chantha is a dedicated mother to a delightful young boy and makes some of the finest cakes you will ever taste.

GERALD WAWORUNTU
Senior Web Developer
After completing a Melbourne Uni degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Multimedia Computing at Monash Uni, Gerald joined the Bliss
team and it soon became apparent to us that there was more to him than meets the eye. Known to us as 'Binary Man', Gerald possesses
super powers that enable him to decipher code in a flash and make seemingly impossible problems appear trivial. In his spare time,
Gerald indulges in his many hobbies which include trading cards and watching The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

STELLA WAWORUNTU
Senior Web Developer
Stella graduated from Melbourne Uni with an Honors degree in 'Computer Science'. Her academic record was remarkable. After consistently
achieving scores in the high nineties, she started her career at Melbourne Uni as a head tutor and academic researcher. She then
ventured out on her own developing a Java based point of sales software which she marketed in Indonesia with relative success. Upon her
return to Melbourne, she joined the Bliss team and together with her brother, Gerald they form the most formidable brother-sister web
development duo in the world.

ALEX TRINH
Web Developer
Alex is the all-round developer and integrator at Bliss Media who is often in the firing line, juggling numerous deadlines and last-minute client requests. In spite of his demanding schedule, Alex is a superb organiser and always manages to stay on top of his game with the skills and equanimity of a Shaolin monk. Alex is also our lovable court jester who never fails to keep the team entertained with his infectious personality and daily banter.

SATOSHI PAYNE
Web Developer
Satoshi was inducted into the Bliss squad after he separated himself from the other candidates by blitzing the notoriously difficult Bliss four hour programming test within only two hours. Indeed, he had already spent years honing his development skills as a freelancer and Multimedia Systems student at RMIT, a degree he completed with exceptional results. Satoshi is the 'consummate gentleman' among us, you may spot him opening a car door for the ladies. He will apply the same care and meticulous attention to your website.

LEIGH NGUYEN
Web Developer
Leigh is a web developer with great all round skills and a serious commitment towards using best practices. She also possess a hawk eye for detail and you would often find her working late in the studio, polishing off HTML layouts and ensuring her sites are quality tested and cross-browser compatible. One wonders if she has applied the same dedication to honing her skills at poker, because she has won most of our company poker nights.

ANDREW NGUYEN
Senior Designer
Andrew has been freelancing as a graphical artist since his adolescent years, designing flyers and posters for the Melbourne clubbing scene, when his prodigious talents were first noticed by our talent scouts. Today in his early twenties Andrew is already a veteran web designer, and heads our creative team with his pixel-perfect attention, signature style and uncanny understanding of how to inspire audiences with brilliant ideas and designs.

NGUYEN LE
Web Designer / Flash Developer
Already a seasoned freelancer who has played a major role in Flash projects with agencies like Igloo, Tank and DT Digital, Nguyen decided to make Bliss his permanent home and has since been a star player in our creative mix. Nguyen is diversely talented designer who uses his extensive Flash knowledge to breathe life and interactivity into his online designs. Nguyen’s creative passions also extend to a love of guitar and he has a serious repertoire of Hendrix licks.

ASHIM D'SILVA
Flash Developer / Actionscripter
Ashim is our resident Flash guru who contributes extraordinary actionscripting wizardry to the Bliss mix of spells. He had mastered his magic prior to joining us through years of experimentation, doing the rounds through numerous advertising agencies and freelance projects. Outside of the studio, Ashim is a free spirit who enjoys riding his motor-cycle along the Great Ocean Road, making friends with foreign tourists and hitchhikers along the way.
