Sure, our design is informed by your brand values and what you want to put out there, but equally as important is what works for your audience. We practice a User-Centred design process that focuses on making the interface intuitive for your end user.
Our design process often involves first identifying the user types who will be using the interface and mapping out their journeys. We prototype those journeys with wireframes. The prototyping process is highly agile.
Bliss will collaborate with client stakeholders and end-users to test out ideas with fluid storyboards and sketches. Emphasis is on keeping it simple and minimising clicks. Internal input will come from our strategists, designers, IA experts, analysts and technical developers.
To validate design decisions we will conduct research in the form of competitive analysis, user profiling, statistical analysis, stakeholder workshops, usability testing, web accessibility testing and focus group testing. We often discover invaluable insights into what users really want during our research.
At the end of the day, at Bliss we believe successful commercial design is not only about aesthetics, but needs to deliver bottom-line business objectives, whether that be sales, conversions, loyalty or just a smooth and seamless user experience. Built into our design team ethos, is an appreciation that good digital design translates into positive statistical numbers for our clients.
